Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan, or line with parchment paper.

Add the Oreo cookies to a high-speed blender or food processor.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the blender.

Add the unsweetened cocoa powder to the blender.

Add the melted unsalted butter to the blender.

Blend all ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is incorporated.

Pour the blended chocolate mixture into the prepared round baking pan.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but not wet batter.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
