Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease and set the cooked beef aside.

In a shallow dish, crack the egg and whisk it thoroughly to create an egg wash.

Lightly coat each rice paper sheet, one by one, in the prepared egg wash. Stack the egg-washed rice paper sheets on a clean cutting board, overlapping them slightly to form a larger, roughly rectangular base.

Arrange the cooked ground beef in a line down the center of the stacked rice paper sheets.

Place the bread & butter pickle slices over the beef, followed by sprinkling the fat free mozzarella cheese evenly over the pickles.

Top with the shredded lettuce.

Carefully fold the rice paper wrap over the ingredients, then roll it tightly into a log shape. Once rolled, coil the log into a spiral shape.

Brush the coiled wrap with additional egg wash and generously sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning.

Transfer the prepared wrap to the lined baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy.

Once baked, remove the Rice Paper Big Mac from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve immediately with ketchup or your favorite Big Mac sauce.
