Add all ingredients (except Parmesan cheese and optional chicken) to a large pan. Start by placing the 4 pappardelle pasta balls into the pan. Then add the 1 cup of halved grape tomatoes, 1/4 thinly sliced red onion, and the handful of spinach. Add 1/2 cup of pasta sauce. Mince the 3 garlic cloves directly into the pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oregano over the ingredients. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, pour in 150 ml of heavy whipping cream and 400 ml of bone broth.

Cover the pan with a lid.

Cook on medium-low heat for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce thickens. The spinach will wilt during this cooking process.

Once cooked, remove the lid.

Finish the dish by grating 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese directly into the pan.

If using the optional chicken, add the 5 cooked and sliced chicken tenderloins at this point and warm them through for 1-2 minutes.
