Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add 500 grams of ground beef to the hot pan. Break up the beef with a spoon and cook until it is browned all over.

Drain any excess fat from the cooked ground beef.

Add 1 chopped onion to the pan with the beef. Sauté until the onion softens, approximately 3-5 minutes.

Add 3 cloves of minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add 1 large cabbage, cut into wedges, to the pan. Stir to combine with the beef and onions, and cook until the cabbage slightly softens.

Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Stir well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.

Pour in 1 cup of water and add 1/2 cup of tomato paste. Stir thoroughly until the tomato paste is fully incorporated and the sauce is smooth.

Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
