Thoroughly wash the lemons, as the entire fruit will be used in the lemonade. Chop each lemon into small pieces, removing any seeds.

Divide the chopped lemon, frozen dragon fruit, and granulated sugar evenly among four large cups or glasses.

Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, muddle the ingredients in each cup until the sugar is dissolved and the lemon and dragon fruit have released their juices and color.

Pour 1/2 cup of pineapple juice and 1 1/2 cups of water into each cup.

Place a lid on each cup (if available) or cover with a plate, and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well combined.

Fill each cup generously with ice and serve immediately.
