Begin by cutting the salmon fillets into consistent, cube-sized pieces.

Place the salmon cubes into a large metal mixing bowl.

Add a generous amount of "Hot Like Me" Honey Seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the salmon. Also, add a pinch of Morton Kosher Salt.

Pour a good amount of avocado oil over the seasoned salmon.

Wearing gloves, thoroughly mix all the ingredients with your hands until the salmon is completely coated. Ensure the salmon is well-seasoned; if the seasoning isn't visible, add more. You can also add more smoked paprika at this stage if desired.

Place a pan on the stove and add a good amount of avocado oil. Heat the oil until it is smoking.

Carefully drop the seasoned salmon nuggets into the hot pan. Cook until a good crust forms on one side.

Flip the salmon nuggets to cook them evenly on all sides until they are fully cooked through.

Once all the salmon is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it back into the large metal mixing bowl.

Add the cooked salmon (along with any juices from the bowl) back into the pan.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter, a smidge of Golden Blossom Honey, and a splash of Cholula Hot Sauce to the pan with the salmon.

Toss or mix the salmon in the pan to coat it with the butter, honey, and hot sauce glaze.

Transfer the Hot Honey Salmon Nuggets to a serving dish.

Garnish with freshly chopped chives before serving.
