In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, optional rum, vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Blend the mixture on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Pour the blended coquito mixture into glass bottles or a pitcher, cover them, and transfer to the refrigerator. Chill until thoroughly cold, at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to ensure everything is combined. Pour the coquito into small serving glasses.

Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of additional ground cinnamon and/or a cinnamon stick, if desired.
