Thoroughly wash the limes. Trim off both ends of each lime, then cut each lime into quarters. Keep the skin on, as it's essential for flavor.

Add the quartered limes and 4 cups of cold water to a high-speed blender. Blitz for about 5 to 10 seconds, just enough to break down the limes and release their juices. Be careful not to over-blend, as this can make the drink bitter.

Pour the blended lime and water mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher or bowl. Press down on the solids with a spoon or spatula to extract as much liquid as possible, then discard the lime pulp and pieces.

Rinse out the blender if needed. Pour the strained lime water back into the clean blender. Add the entire can of sweetened condensed milk, the pinch of salt, and the 4 cups of ice.

Blend the mixture again for about 10 to 15 seconds, or until it is smooth, creamy, and frothy. The ice will help create the signature frothy texture.

Serve the Brazilian Lemonade immediately in chilled glasses. If storing, keep in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. It may separate, so re-blend or whisk vigorously before serving again.
