Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Place the 4 corn cobs into the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred. While the corn is cooking, proceed with preparing the dressing.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and smoky harissa. Mix well.

Chop the spring onions using scissors or a knife and add them to the dressing mixture. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of the reserved pasta water to the dressing mixture. Stir all the dressing ingredients together until well combined and the mixture has a light orange/pink color and a smooth consistency.

Once the corn cobs are cooked, carefully remove them from the air fryer. For easier handling, you can rinse them under cold water briefly. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the kernels off the cobs.

Add the corn kernels to the dressing mixture in the bowl and mix well to coat the corn.

Add the cooked macaroni pasta to the bowl with the corn and dressing. Mix everything together thoroughly until the pasta is evenly coated.

Top the pasta salad with the crumbled feta cheese. Give it one final mix to incorporate the feta throughout the salad.
