Take one rectangular sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal-sized squares.

Place one puff pastry square onto an air fryer liner.

For the sweet toasties: Spread a desired amount of Vegemite on one half of a pastry square. Fold the other half of the pastry over to cover the Vegemite. Use a fork to firmly press and crimp the edges of the folded pastry, sealing it.

Repeat the process from step 3 for two more sweet toasties, using peanut butter on one separate pastry square and jam on another separate pastry square.

For the savory toasties: Place slices of ham, cheese, and tomato onto one half of a separate pastry square. Fold the other half of the pastry over to cover the fillings. Use a fork to firmly press and crimp the edges of the folded pastry, sealing it. Repeat for remaining pastry squares if making more savory toasties.

Arrange all the assembled pastry toasties on the air fryer liner, ensuring they are not overlapping.

Lightly spray the top surface of the pastry toasties with oil spray.

Place the air fryer liner with the toasties into the air fryer.

Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Once cooked, carefully remove the pastry toasties from the air fryer.

For the savory toasties, you can cut one open to reveal the melted cheese and warm fillings.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Pastry Toasties.
