Preheat your oven to 375°F. Unroll the Trader Joe's Pie Crust and gently press it into a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges as desired.

Evenly sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon over the bottom of the pie crust. Top with the Trader Joe's Shredded Swiss Cheese & Gruyère Cheese.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the large eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and ground nutmeg until well combined.

Carefully pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean.

Let the quiche cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
