Season the steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat a pan over high heat and add some oil. Place the seasoned steak in the hot pan and sear for approximately 2-3 minutes on one side until a good crust forms.

Flip the steak to the other side. Add the butter, smashed garlic cloves, and fresh rosemary sprigs to the pan. Tilt the pan and use a spoon to continuously baste the steak with the melted butter, garlic, and rosemary until it reaches the desired doneness (visually medium-rare to medium).

Remove the cooked steak from the pan and let it rest on a cutting board for at least 5 minutes. Once rested, slice the steak into strips against the grain.

In the same pan used for the steak, add a bit more oil if needed. Add the sliced red bell pepper, sliced onion, and sliced mushrooms to the pan. Sauté the vegetables until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the 2 packets of Indomie noodles to the boiling water and cook until tender. Drain the noodles, reserving a small amount of the noodle cooking water.
In a bowl, combine the seasoning packets from the two Indomie noodle packets. Add a splash of soy sauce, a splash of oyster sauce, and a splash of sweet chili sauce to the seasoning mixture. Add a splash of the reserved noodle water to the sauce and mix well to create a smooth, well-combined sauce.

Add the cooked and drained noodles to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce.

Transfer the sauced noodles and vegetables to a serving plate. Arrange the sliced steak on top of the noodles. Garnish with red chili flakes (to taste) and chopped green onions before serving.
