Preheat your oven to 375°F. Have a 9x13 inch baking dish ready.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and 1 cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Whisk all the sauce ingredients together until perfectly combined and smooth. Set aside.

Place the four boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the prepared 9x13 inch baking dish.

Liberally season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Pour the prepared creamy Caesar Parmesan sauce evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts, ensuring they are completely covered.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauced chicken.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

After baking, carefully remove the dish from the oven. Change the oven setting to broil (high setting if available). Return the dish to the oven and broil for an additional 2 to 4 minutes, watching closely to achieve a golden-brown crust on top. Be careful not to burn the cheese.

Once cooked, remove from the oven. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for garnish before serving. Serve hot.
