Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Place the chopped potatoes on a plate or in a large bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon avocado oil. Mix by hand until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket. Air fry for 18 minutes, shaking the basket periodically to ensure even cooking, until tender and slightly crispy.
While the potatoes are air frying, prepare the chicken. Place the cut chicken pieces on a plate or in a large bowl. Season with 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Mix by hand until the chicken is evenly coated.

Place a large pan or skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. Add the stick of butter and 1 tablespoon avocado oil. Once the butter is melted and the pan is hot, add the seasoned chicken.

Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it is cooked through and no longer pink inside, about 8-10 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the cooked chicken and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in 1/2 cup of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce, adding it gradually and mixing continuously until the chicken is well combined and coated.

Once the air-fried potatoes are ready, add them to the pan with the chicken. Add more Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, or until everything is coated to your preference. Continue to cook for a little bit longer, about 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an oven-safe dish with aluminum foil.

Transfer the chicken and potato mixture to the prepared oven-safe dish. Evenly layer the top with the shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese blend.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.

While the dish is baking, prepare the side Caesar salad. Pour the lettuce from the kit into a bowl, add the Caesar dressing and any other components (croutons, Parmesan) from the kit. Shake or toss the bowl to mix well.

Carefully remove the Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes from the oven. Serve immediately alongside the fresh Caesar salad.
