Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C and lightly grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.

Place the salmon fillets at one end of the dish. Season with lemon pepper and Italian seasoning.

Place the Boursin cheese in the center of the dish. Arrange the spinach, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes around it.

Drizzle everything with olive oil.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon reaches 145°F / 63°C and is cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving a little pasta water if desired.

Break the salmon into pieces and stir everything together in the baking dish, allowing the melted Boursin to coat the ingredients.

Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan and lemon juice. Toss until creamy and well combined. If the sauce needs loosening, add a splash of reserved pasta water for an extra silky texture.

Taste and add salt if needed. Finish with extra Parmesan and serve immediately.
