Add the 1/2 of a frozen banana to the blender.

Add 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries to the blender.

Add 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries to the blender.

Add 1/4 cup of oatmeal to the blender.

Add 5 ice cubes to the blender.

Pour in about 1/4 cup of almond milk. You may need to adjust the amount slightly depending on your desired consistency.

Place the blender container onto its base and blend the ingredients until a thick, smooth consistency is achieved. If your blender has a removable bottom, you can use the 'Twisty' feature to help incorporate all ingredients.

Once blended, carefully untwist the bottom part of the blender container.

Hold the blender container upside down directly over a serving bowl, allowing the thick smoothie to fall out into the bowl.
