Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, finely diced shallots, minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, and chopped fresh chives. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Add the flaked crab claw meat to the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much. Then, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until the mozzarella is evenly distributed, creating a creamy, cheesy crab filling.

Transfer the entire crab mixture to a prepared piping bag. If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a large zip-top bag with one corner snipped off.

Take the pre-made golden dinner rolls. Using a sharp knife, make shallow cross cuts (an 'X' shape) into the top of each roll, creating an opening for the filling.

Pipe a generous amount of the creamy crab filling into each opening created by the cross cuts on the dinner rolls. Ensure each roll is well-filled.

Arrange the filled rolls onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the melted garlic butter.

Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown, the filling is bubbling, and the rolls are heated through.

As soon as the rolls are out of the oven, sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese and additional chopped fresh parsley. For an extra boost of flavor, brush with a little more melted garlic butter.

Serve immediately and enjoy these soft, buttery, and crab-loaded garlic butter rolls!
