Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, finely chopped jalapeños, sour cream, and softened cream cheese.

Using a rubber spatula or sturdy spoon, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a uniform, creamy, and well-combined filling is achieved. The mixture will be thick and chunky with cheese, bacon, and jalapeño pieces.

Lightly grease a 12-cup standard muffin pan. Place one square wonton wrapper into each cavity, allowing the corners to extend upwards.

Gently press each wonton wrapper down into the muffin cup using a small plastic shot glass or similar small cup to form a cup-like shape.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, evenly distribute the prepared cream cheese filling into each wonton wrapper cup in the muffin pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy, and the filling is bubbly.

Carefully remove the muffin pan from the oven. Let the wontons cool in the pan for a few minutes before gently removing them. Serve immediately.
