Thinly slice the beef (flank steak is recommended). In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1/2 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix thoroughly with your hands until the beef is well coated. Let the beef marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.

While the beef is marinating, prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of beef broth, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of corn starch until well combined and the corn starch is dissolved.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef to the hot pan in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook the beef until it is browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove the beef from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

Add the broccoli florets to the same pan. Stir-fry the broccoli for 3-5 minutes, until it is tender-crisp.

Return the cooked beef to the pan with the broccoli. Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli. Bring the sauce to a simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the 2 packs of ramen noodles (without their seasoning packets) directly into the pan. Toss everything together until the noodles are fully cooked, coated in the sauce, and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the beef and broccoli ramen noodles to serving bowls. Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
