Wash and trim the broccolini. If the stalks are very thick, you can slice them lengthwise to ensure even cooking.

In a large bowl, combine the trimmed broccolini, Trader Joe's extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, dried oregano, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together until the broccolini is evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned broccolini in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure there's enough space between the pieces for them to roast rather than steam.

Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccolini is tender-crisp and slightly charred at the edges. You can toss it once halfway through cooking for more even browning.
