Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, melt the stick of unsalted butter. Add the garlic paste and dried parsley. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until well combined, forming a thick, yellow-green mixture.

Place the sliced French bread, cut-side up, onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly and thoroughly over the cut surface of the French bread.

Place the French bread in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly toasted and fragrant. Remove from the oven and set aside.

While the bread is toasting, heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is fully cooked and crumbled. Drain any excess grease and remove the sausage from the pan.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the same pan (no need to clean it). Season the mushrooms with all-purpose seasoning and buttery garlic pepper seasoning. Sauté the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes, or until softened and lightly browned. Remove from the pan.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the garlic-buttered French bread. Top with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Evenly distribute the chopped red onion and chopped green bell pepper over the cheese. Then, add the cooked Italian sausage, followed by the pepperoni slices and the sautéed mushrooms.

Return the assembled pizza garlic bread to the 400°F (200°C) oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown and crispy.

Carefully remove the pizza garlic bread from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual portions. Serve immediately.
