Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take two slices of garlic bread. On one slice, use the back of a wooden spoon or a small measuring cup to gently press down in the center, creating a slight well or indentation. Be careful not to press all the way through the bread.

Sprinkle approximately 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly into the well of the indented garlic bread slice.

Carefully stack the cheesy garlic bread slice on top of a second, plain garlic bread slice. Repeat this process for the remaining garlic bread slices to create four stacked sets.

Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter or a similar-sized object, firmly press down into the center of each stacked garlic bread set. This will cut through the top, cheesy layer and create a deep, bread-lined 'bowl' or 'crater' in the center. Remove the circular piece of bread from the top layer.

Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce into the well of each garlic bread bowl. Spread it evenly.

Top the marinara sauce with another generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, using about 1/4 cup per bowl.

Arrange the mini pepperoni slices meticulously over the cheese in each bowl, ensuring good coverage.

Carefully transfer the assembled pizza garlic bread bowls to the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, the pepperoni is slightly curled and rendered, and the garlic bread is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with dried oregano and fresh chopped parsley before serving. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
