Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the room temperature butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.

Using an electric hand mixer, cream the butter and sugars together on medium speed until the mixture is light, fluffy, and pale in color, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture. Continue mixing with the electric hand mixer until they are well incorporated, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and fine sea salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix on low speed with the electric hand mixer until the dry ingredients are just combined and no streaks of flour remain. Be careful not to overmix the dough.

Fold in the milk chocolate chips using a spatula until they are evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

Prepare the filling: If using a piping bag, scoop the hazelnut spread into it. If not, have a spoon ready. Take each piece of Kinder Bueno and pipe or spoon a small amount (about 2.5-5g) of hazelnut spread onto it.

Divide the cookie dough into 4 equal portions. Take one portion of dough and flatten it into a disc in the palm of your hand. Place one prepared Kinder Bueno piece (with hazelnut spread) in the center of the flattened dough.

Carefully wrap the cookie dough around the Kinder Bueno piece, sealing it completely to form a ball. Ensure there are no cracks for the filling to escape. Repeat with the remaining dough and Kinder Bueno pieces.

Place the cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced at least 2-3 inches apart to allow for spreading.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft. The exact baking time may vary depending on your oven.

Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. The inside will be warm and gooey with melted Kinder Bueno and hazelnut spread.
