In a small glass or bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 3 to 4 tablespoons of hot water for each serving. If making all 4 servings at once, combine 4 tablespoons of instant coffee, 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and 12 to 16 tablespoons of hot water.

Swirl the coffee mixture together until the instant coffee and sugar are fully dissolved and combined.

Set the coffee mixture aside to cool completely. This will take approximately 10 minutes.

While the coffee cools, prepare the mascarpone milk mixture. In a separate pitcher or large measuring cup, add 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese per serving (or 8 tablespoons for all 4 servings).

Add 1 cup of milk per serving (or 4 cups for all 4 servings) to the pitcher with the mascarpone cheese.

Add vanilla extract to the milk and mascarpone mixture. Start with 1/4 teaspoon per serving, or 1 teaspoon for all 4 servings, and adjust to your preference.

Use a handheld frother to mix the milk, mascarpone, and vanilla extract for about 1 minute. Continue frothing until the mixture is super creamy and smooth, with no clumps of mascarpone remaining.

Fill a tall serving glass with ice.

Pour the cooled instant coffee mixture over the ice.

Pour the mascarpone milk mixture over the coffee and ice.

Dust the top of the drink with a little cocoa powder for garnish.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Tiramisu Iced Latte!
