Place the macaroni pasta into a heatproof bowl.

Pour hot water over the macaroni, ensuring it is fully submerged. Let it soak for 5 minutes to soften.

While the macaroni soaks, place a metal pot on a gas stove burner over medium heat. Pour the milk into the pot.

Drain the softened macaroni and transfer it into the pot with the milk.

Add salt to the pot and stir the macaroni and milk mixture to combine.

Add 1 teaspoon of the seasoning mix and 1/2 teaspoon of the chilli flakes to the pot, sprinkling them over the macaroni. Stir well.

Place the processed cheese slice into the pot. Continue to stir thoroughly until the cheese slice melts and all ingredients are well combined into a creamy sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.

Serve the creamy macaroni onto individual plates.

Garnish each serving by sprinkling crumbled cheese, the remaining 1 teaspoon of seasoning mix, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes on top.
