In a large bowl, combine the lean ground chicken, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.

Pour in the soy sauce (or other liquid seasoning), sprinkle with the all-purpose seasoning blend, and garlic powder.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together by hand until well combined and uniform.

Place a large non-stick pan on the stovetop over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Allow the oil to heat up.

Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the prepared meat filling into the hot pan for each dumpling, leaving about 2-3 cm of space between each portion.

Take a round dumpling wrapper and carefully place it on top of each scoop of meat filling, pressing down gently to cover the meat and form the dumpling shape. The meat should be fully encased by the wrapper on top and the pan on the bottom.

Place a lid on the pan to cover the dumplings. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the bottoms are browned and crispy, and the tops are steamed through and the meat is cooked.

Once cooked, carefully transfer the One Pan Dumplings to a serving plate or bowl.
Drizzle the creamy sauce over the dumplings, followed by the chili oil with crispy bits.

Garnish with additional chopped green onions before serving immediately.
