If using a whole pineapple, peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into chunks. If using pre-cut pineapple chunks, proceed to the next step.

Set aside a small portion of pineapple chunks to be added to the pitcher later. Place the remaining pineapple chunks into a blender.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and about 500 ml (1/4 of the total) of the cold water to the blender with the pineapple.

Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no large pineapple pieces remaining.

Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes. Add the thinly sliced lemons and the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the pitcher.

Pour the blended pineapple mixture into the pitcher. Add the remaining 1.5 L of cold water and the 50 g of sugar. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the sugar has dissolved.

Taste the lemonade and adjust as needed. For a tangier flavor, add more lemon juice. For extra sweetness, add more condensed milk or sugar. If the drink is too thick, add a little more water.

Serve immediately over ice, garnished with the reserved pineapple chunks and fresh mint, if desired. Alternatively, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for a colder drink.
