Add 1 cup of sago pearls to a rice cooker pot.

Pour in 4 cups of water into the rice cooker pot.

Close the lid of the rice cooker and cook the sago using the standard "cook" or "rice" function. This typically takes about 15-20 minutes.

While the sago is cooking, peel and dice the 2 large ripe mangoes.

Once the sago is cooked and appears translucent, carefully drain any excess water from the pot.

Rinse the cooked sago under cold water. This helps prevent the pearls from sticking together and cools them down.

Transfer the rinsed sago into a large mixing bowl.

Add the diced mangoes to the bowl with the sago.

Pour in 1 can (370ml) of evaporated milk.

Add 1/2 can (approximately 200ml) of condensed milk to the mixture.

Gently mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.

Chill the mango sago in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to cool completely.

Serve cold.
