Place a karahi (wok-like pan) on the stove over medium heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the karahi and allow it to melt.

Add the 1 medium sliced onion to the melted butter and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the 500 grams of boneless chicken, cut into small pieces, to the pan and mix well with the sautéed onions and butter.

Allow the chicken to cook for a short period, stirring occasionally, until it starts to turn white, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the 1 teaspoon of crushed cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of dry coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with the chicken.

Add the 2-3 slit green chilies and the 1 medium sliced capsicum (bell pepper) to the pan. Mix well to combine with the chicken and spices.

Pour in the 1 full packet of fresh cream. Stir until the cream is well combined with the chicken and vegetables, and the mixture becomes creamy.

Add the 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix it into the dish.

Allow the dish to simmer briefly for 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
