Prepare the Kebab Mix: In a large bowl, combine the lean ground lamb or beef, diced red onion, diced garlic cloves, fresh chopped coriander, chopped green chillies (if using), paprika, cumin, turmeric, pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Cook the Kebab Patties: Divide the kebab mix into 4 equal portions. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Place one mini tortilla in the pan, then immediately press one portion of the kebab mix onto the tortilla, spreading it thinly to the edges. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the meat is browned and cooked through, and the tortilla is slightly crispy. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes if desired for extra crispiness.

Assemble the Tacos: Once cooked, remove the smash kebab taco from the pan. Top with a generous spoonful of the kebab salad and drizzle with the garlic sauce. Repeat for the remaining tacos.

Serve immediately and enjoy hot and fresh!
