Preheat a large griddle or flat-top grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375-400°F).

Spread the frozen hash browns evenly over the hot griddle. Cook, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, remove the hash browns from the griddle and set aside.

While the hash browns are cooking, divide the ground beef into 12 equal golf ball-sized portions. Season each portion generously with burger seasoning.

Place the seasoned ground beef portions onto the hot griddle. Immediately use a burger press or a sturdy spatula to press each portion down flat, forming mini burger patties about 1/4-inch thick. Cook for approximately 1 1/2 minutes.

Flip the mini burger patties. Immediately place one small square of American cheese on top of each patty. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked through to your desired doneness. Remove the cheeseburger patties from the griddle and set aside.

To assemble the mini burger bites, place one cooked hash brown at the base. Top with one cheeseburger patty. Add a dill pickle slice, then a small piece of torn lettuce. Skewer a cherry tomato and use the skewer to pierce through all layers, securing the bite together.

Arrange the assembled mini burger bites on a serving platter. Serve immediately with burger sauce for dipping, if desired.
