Take your desired number of wraps (2 mini or 3 large). Evenly press beef mince onto one side of each wrap, spreading it across the entire surface.

Generously season the mince on each wrap with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.

Heat a pan on a hob (stovetop) until it is screaming hot. Place a wrap, mince-side down, into the hot pan.

Spin the wrap in the pan to prevent it from sticking and to ensure even cooking. Cook until the mince is browned and cooked through, and the wrap is lightly browned on the bottom.

Flip the wrap so the mince side is now facing up. Immediately place one or two slices of plastic cheese on top of the cooked mince.

Allow the cheese to melt for a couple of minutes until gooey and soft.

Remove the wrap from the pan. Top the melted cheese and mince with a generous amount of shredded lettuce.

Add sliced pickles (or chopped cucumber) on top of the lettuce.

Drizzle with hamburger sauce (or a mix of aioli and hot chili sauce) to taste.

Fold the wrap in half to create a taco. Repeat for remaining wraps and serve immediately.
