Prepare the balsamic glaze: Pour the Trader Joe's balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vinegar has reduced by about half and coats the back of a spoon. It should be thick and syrupy. This will take approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly. It will thicken further as it cools.

Prepare the skewer ingredients: Drain the Trader Joe's fresh mozzarella balls well. If using larger cherry tomatoes, halve them. Gently wash and pat dry the fresh basil leaves.
