Lucky Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
For the Cake Mix Cookies
- 1 box vanilla or white cake mix, 13.25 ounces
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
For the Icing and Decoration
- 1 container vanilla frosting, store-bought or homemade
- 4 ounces Lucky Charms marshmallows, as needed for topping
- 1 ounce sprinkles, optional, for topping
- 1 ounce holiday sprinkles, optional, for topping

In a large mixing bowl, combine the contents of the vanilla or white cake mix, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.

Add the melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix with a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms. Fold in the 1/2 cup of sprinkles.
