Add 1 cup of boiling water to the jelly crystals in the jug.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until the jelly crystals are completely dissolved. Ensure there are no undissolved granules.

Add 3/4 cup of Greek-style yoghurt to the dissolved jelly mixture.

Whisk the mixture vigorously until it is well combined and smooth. There should be no lumps of yoghurt.

Carefully pour the panna cotta mixture into individual serving glasses or ramekins.

Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the panna cotta is completely set and firm.

Serve the panna cotta chilled, optionally garnished with fresh fruit or a sprig of mint.
