Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. You can do this by placing them in a Ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin, or by pulsing them in a food processor. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.

Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

Evenly scatter the broken milk chocolate pieces over the graham cracker crust.

Arrange the large marshmallows in a single layer over the chocolate. You can cut larger marshmallows in half if needed to fit them snugly.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed, and the chocolate is melted and gooey. Keep a close eye on the marshmallows as they can brown quickly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. The S'mores Bake will be very hot and gooey. Serve warm with a spoon or graham cracker squares for dipping.
