Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. If you have an oven-safe cooling rack, place it on top of the foil-lined baking sheet to allow grease to drain during cooking.

In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and milk. Whisk them together until the egg yolks are well broken up and combined with the milk.

Add the breadcrumbs, Lipton onion soup mix packet, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, mustard, 1/4 cup of ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper (to taste) to the bowl. Mix everything together well with a spoon or spatula.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the liquid ingredients.

Add the ground beef to the bowl with the breadcrumb mixture. Using your hands, mix until all ingredients are completely combined and evenly distributed. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaves tough.

Using a 1-cup measuring cup to portion, divide the meat mixture into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a thick hamburger-like patty, about 1 1/2 inches thick. Place the shaped mini meatloaves onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the mini meatloaves in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

While the meatloaves are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.

After 30 minutes, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Spoon the prepared sauce over the tops of each mini meatloaf, spreading it out evenly.

Return the meatloaves to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cooked through and the sauce is slightly caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
