Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Carefully slice the large head of green cabbage into 1/2 to 1 inch thick rounds. Ensure each round stays intact as much as possible.

Arrange the cabbage rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Place a dollop of minced garlic on top of each cabbage round and spread it slightly.

Generously sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the garlic and cabbage rounds. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over all the prepared cabbage rounds. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and slightly golden brown at the edges, and the feta is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately as a delicious side dish.
