Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the chicken. In a medium bowl, liberally season the chicken strips with Louisiana Fish Fry Products seasoning, ensuring all pieces are well coated.

Place the all-purpose flour in a shallow dish. Dredge each seasoned chicken strip in the flour, pressing to ensure a thorough and even coating. Shake off any excess flour.

In a large, heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F. Carefully add the breaded chicken strips in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for 4-6 minutes per batch, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and place on a wire rack set over paper towels to drain excess oil.

Preheat your oven broiler to high. To assemble the bowls, divide the fried chicken pieces among 4 oven-safe serving bowls. Top the chicken with an equal portion of the cooked spaghetti.

Generously pour about 1/2 cup of warm marinara sauce over the pasta and chicken in each bowl. Drizzle about 1/3 cup of warm Alfredo sauce over the marinara in each bowl. Finally, sprinkle a substantial layer of grated Parmesan cheese over the sauces in each bowl.

Carefully place the assembled bowls under the preheated broiler for 2-4 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly, melted, and slightly browned on top. Watch closely to prevent burning.

Remove from the broiler and serve immediately.
