Drain the liquid completely from the can of tuna.

Transfer the drained tuna into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Add the 2 diced celery stalks, 1/4 cup of diced red onion, and 1/4 cup of diced pickles to the bowl with the tuna.

Add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the bowl.
