In a large bowl or container, combine the beef ribs, Coca-Cola, and soy sauce. Ensure the ribs are fully submerged in the marinade.

Allow the ribs to soak in the marinade for about 3 hours. This can be done at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

After marinating, drain all excess liquid from the ribs. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

Season the ribs generously with Matriarch Sprinkles “The Perfect Beef,” ensuring that the seasoning is visibly coated on the meat.

Add 2 ounces of olive oil and 2 ounces of Dale’s marinade to the seasoned ribs, mixing well to coat all surfaces.

Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.

Grill the ribs for about 18-25 minutes, turning occasionally, keeping a close eye on them as they cook quickly due to their thinness. Grill until nicely charred and cooked through.

Once the ribs are off the grill, place them in a baking dish.

Pour 8 ounces of brown sugar and Sticky Fingers Smokehouse Sweet Carolina BBQ sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Place the 1/2 stick of butter on top of the ribs.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, carefully uncover the dish and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken and become sticky.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these delicious sticky ribs!
