Roughly chop the entire bunch of cilantro and the entire bunch of parsley.

Roughly chop the entire bunch of green onions (scallions).

Peel all the cloves from the head of garlic and peel the piece of ginger.

Carefully remove the stems from the 2-3 Scotch Bonnet peppers. Adjust the number of peppers to your desired level of spice.

Add all the chopped herbs (cilantro, parsley, green onions), the peeled garlic cloves, the peeled ginger, and the de-stemmed Scotch Bonnet peppers into a blender or food processor.

Pour the 1 cup of apple cider vinegar (or regular white vinegar) and the 1/2 cup of olive oil (or your oil of choice) into the blender with the other ingredients.

Blend all ingredients until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved. The mixture should be bright green and well combined. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is incorporated.

Transfer the prepared green seasoning into a clean, airtight container or jar.

Store the green seasoning in the refrigerator. It will last for a long time and is ready to use as a base for various dishes.
