Vodka Mudslide
Ingredients
For the Chocolate Syrup Rim
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
For the Mudslide
- 4 fluid ounces vodka
- 4 fluid ounces coffee liqueur
- 4 fluid ounces Irish cream liqueur
- 2 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 2 cups ice
For the Garnish
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, for dusting

Pour chocolate syrup onto a shallow plate. Dip the rims of four clear glasses into the chocolate syrup to coat.

In a blender, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, heavy cream, and ice.

Blend until smooth and thick, resembling a milkshake consistency.
