In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Stir all ingredients together until well mixed and smooth. Transfer this cream cheese mixture into a Ziploc bag or a piping bag.

In a separate small bowl, combine the melted butter with the minced garlic. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and stir to combine thoroughly.

Take the King's Hawaiian rolls out of their packaging. Separate them into four sections of four rolls each. For each section of four rolls, use a sharp knife to make diagonal cuts across the top in both directions, forming an 'X' shape. Be careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom of the rolls.

Snip a small corner off the Ziploc bag containing the cream cheese filling. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the cuts made in each roll, ensuring the gaps are adequately filled.

Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, generously coat the tops of all the rolls with the prepared garlic butter mixture.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the rolls for approximately 10 minutes, or until golden brown and the cream cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once removed from the oven, allow the rolls to cool slightly. Before serving, drizzle the warm rolls with spicy honey for an added sweet and savory kick.
