Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of your Instant Pot insert.

Pour in the chicken broth and milk. Add the garlic paste.

Season with salt, black pepper, and Dan-O's seasoning. Stir gently to combine the liquids and seasonings.

Add the uncooked ziti pasta directly into the seasoned liquid, spreading it out as much as possible.

Pour the can of crushed tomatoes over the pasta. Do NOT stir the ingredients at this point; leave the tomatoes on top.

Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to the "Sealing" position. Select the "Pressure Cook" function (or Manual) and set the timer for 5 minutes.

Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow for a 5-minute natural pressure release, then carefully perform a quick release for any remaining pressure. Once the pin drops, open the lid.

Add the finely shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese to the hot ziti.

Stir everything together until the cheese is completely melted and incorporated, creating a creamy, cheesy pasta dish. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary before serving.
