Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.

Add the entire package of Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs) on top of the chicken breasts.

Pour in the chicken broth, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is very tender and easily shredded.

Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.

Add the uncooked angel hair pasta to the slow cooker, breaking it into smaller pieces if necessary to fit. Pour in the heavy cream.

Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly, ensuring the pasta is as submerged in the liquid as possible.

Cover the slow cooker again and continue to cook on high for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir the mixture halfway through this cooking time to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it has melted and is well combined with the sauce.

Serve the Slow Cooker Angel Chicken Pasta immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
