Pour all of the ingredients into a medium saucepan: tomato ketchup, sweet chili sauce, light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, orange juice, caster sugar, and MSG.

Combine all of the ingredients in the pan and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated and the sugar has dissolved.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes sticky, about 3-5 minutes. The sauce should coat the back of a spoon.

Remove from heat and serve warm with crispy chicken, fried rice, or chips.
