Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Add the cherry tomatoes, block feta cheese, diced chicken breasts, and whole bulbs of garlic to a large baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through and the tomatoes have burst.

While the baking dish is in the oven, cook the uncooked pasta in boiling water for 6–8 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta.

Remove the baking dish from the oven. Carefully squeeze the roasted garlic out of its cloves directly into the dish. Mix everything together, using a fork to shred the chicken as you go, until the feta and tomatoes form a sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix everything together until the pasta is completely coated in the feta and tomato sauce.

Top the pasta bake with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, then return it to the oven for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the Parmesan to melt slightly.
