Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough. Separate each biscuit and cut each biscuit into 4 equal squares.

Take one square of biscuit dough and gently flatten it slightly. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center, followed by 3-4 pieces of pepperoni.

Carefully gather the edges of the dough square upwards and pinch them together firmly to seal the filling inside, forming a small ball. Ensure there are no gaps where the cheese could escape during baking.

Place the formed dough ball seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining biscuit dough squares, cheese, and pepperoni, spacing the balls about 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

Using a pastry brush, generously brush the seasoned butter mixture over the tops and sides of each pizza bite on the baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pizza bites are golden brown and puffed up, and the cheese is melted and bubbly inside.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
