Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk the 3 eggs until they are frothy and light in color.

In a separate bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups of non fat powdered milk and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix thoroughly with a fork to ensure no lumps.

Slowly add the dry mixture (powdered milk and baking powder) into the whisked eggs while continuously mixing. Continue to mix until a thick, uniform, and sticky batter forms.

Form the batter into 4 rolls by hand. Shape them into small, roundish rolls, as shown in the original video.

Place the formed rolls on the prepared baking tray.

Bake the rolls in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 11–13 minutes, or until they are slightly browned and cooked through.
